Addiction
Addiction

Addiction is often more than just a habit, it can be a way of coping with pain, stress, or past experiences. In therapy, we’ll take time to understand the unique role that addiction has played in your life without judgment. By uncovering the underlying causes, we can begin to replace harmful patterns with healthier alternatives. My role is to support you in building resilience, restoring balance, and rediscovering meaning in your life.

Self-Esteem
Trauma
Depression
Trauma

Trauma can affect the way we see ourselves, others, and the world. It may show up as flashbacks, avoidance, hypervigilance, or feelings of shame. In therapy, I use a gentle and compassionate approach to help you explore your experiences in a safe environment. We’ll work together to reduce the impact of trauma symptoms, build emotional resilience, and foster a sense of empowerment. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

Self-Esteem

Self-esteem shapes the way we see ourselves and how we move through the world. When it’s low, it can affect relationships, career, and overall well-being. In our sessions, we’ll gently explore the experiences and beliefs that have contributed to self-doubt. Together, we’ll work on recognizing your strengths, shifting negative self-talk, and developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself. My goal is to help you move forward with greater confidence and authenticity.

Depression

Depression is more than sadness, it can affect motivation, concentration, sleep, and even physical health. Together, we’ll explore how depression is impacting your life and identify strategies to lighten the weight you’re carrying. This may include developing coping tools, exploring underlying thought patterns, or finding ways to reconnect with what brings you purpose. My aim is to support you in building a path toward renewed energy and hope.

Anxiety
Emotional Regulation
Anxiety

Anxiety often feels like your mind and body are stuck on high alert. Whether it’s constant worry, difficulty relaxing, or overwhelming fear, anxiety can interfere with daily life. In therapy, we’ll focus on both immediate coping strategies, such as breathing techniques or grounding exercises, and deeper exploration of the patterns fueling your anxiety. My goal is to help you feel more present, balanced, and in control of your life.

Emotional Regulation

Emotions are a natural part of life, but when they become overwhelming, they can lead to conflict, stress, or feelings of being out of control. Therapy can help you better understand your emotional patterns and develop practical tools for responding rather than reacting. We’ll work on recognizing your triggers, building self-awareness, and finding healthy ways to express yourself. The goal is to feel more connected to yourself while improving how you relate to others.
