The sessions for individual psychotherapy are 50 minutes.
The current price is 160$ per session.
No. The session fee you begin with is guaranteed and will remain the same for as long as you continue working with me.
Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP. However, I provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Since coverage varies, please confirm with your insurance company that your plan includes psychotherapy before beginning sessions.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
I kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting. If less notice is given, the full session fee will apply, except in cases of emergency.
Psychotherapists provide talk therapy but they're not permitted to give diagnoses. Psychologists can also do therapy, but they are additionally trained to assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
I work with individuals over the age of 6 years old.

Yes. What you share in therapy is private and kept confidential. The only exceptions are rare situations required by law, such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or child protection concerns.
